Let's Talk, Period

Five medical professionals (doctors, pediatricians, and ob/gyn) from the community will be discussing the best ways to learn, get more information about and be prepared for getting your first period. This event will be medically informative and judgement free.

This free event is for our friends who are going to get their period or are already experiencing their period and a trusted adult or chaperone. It is meant to empower and build self-confidence through increased knowledge, strategies, and resources as you enter the next phase of womanhood.

We will be handing out swag bags to the first 100 students, which will include period products and more. Five medical professionals (doctors, pediatricians, and ob/gyn) will be discussing the best ways to learn, get more information, and be prepared for getting your first period.

Thank you for your help starting an ongoing conversation about and around young women’s health!
